The registration is open to delegated Florence Network members. From each University may participate max two FL-ECO/lecturer–student-pairs for the price of 350 euro. Additional lecturers or students see below.
- one FL-ECO together with one student and
- one lecturer or second FL-ECO (midwifery) together with one student
The fee comprises 350 Euros per each FL-ECO/Lecturer –student-pair.
An additional lecturer may register too. The fee comprises 350 Euro without student.
Additional students need to pay a registration fee of 200 Euro.
The fee includes:
Welcome reception, coffee / tea / snacks / all lunches, transfers, accommodation for students, conference papers.
Number of participants is limited to 170.
Daily guests (max. 20 persons per day):
- Lecturers: 100 euros
- Students: 50 euros
The fee of daily guests includes:
coffee / tea / snacks / all lunches, transfers, conference papers
The fee does not include
- Gala dinner in SQUARE Brussels Meeting Center (additional fee - 50 euro)
- Social Programme (additional fee - 40 euro)
Lecturers and FL-ECOs have to book and pay their Hotel by themselves. (See Accommodation) For students, the accommodation in Sleepwell hostel is included in the registration fee from 16th of April till 19nd of April 2018 (4 nights)
Cancellations made from 1st of March 2018 till 31st of March 2018 will incur an administration fee of Euro 50. From 1st of April 2018, the full registration cost will be charged.
